Secondly, with this project, we are not just selling land for the sake of land banking, we are giving clients an opportunity to earn an income from their land while they wait for these ones to appreciate.
To put numbers to these earnings, we have designed this product so that land owners within Hacienda can earn 10-25% returns every year from the agricultural activities that take place on their lands.
This project is divided into 5 clusters as you will see in the product brochure attached at the end of this post.
We have plots in 400sqm and 600sqm sizes.
